This take on Vin Gris (elegant term for Rosé) is sourced from the famed Rancho La Viña, Zotovich and Rio Vista vineyards located on Santa Rosa rd. in the Santa Rita Hills of Northern Santa Barbara county. This Rosé was aged in a combination of neutral oak and stainless steel for 9 months. All of our Rosé's are created with a style called "SAIGNÉE", which means to bleed in french. This Rosé of Pinot Noir is ready to be chilled down and enjoyed at all times.
