Millennial Wines 2017 Chardonnay is a wonderful example of a gently oaked white done right. Sourced from the famed "Spear" vineyard located on the southside of route 246 in Santa Barbara County. This wine went through a full secondary fermentation which complemented the 6 months of barrel aging. Coming from the complex terrior of Santa Rita Hills, this vineyard faces south/west. Facing this direction brings large amounts of wind, marine layer and other weather conditions that create much complexity in these specific chardonnay skins. It is truely a world class Chardonnay.
